• Containers are only available for storage use only

• We will supply a secure lock

• 1 Month upfront rent is required

• Minimum 3 months rent contract

• Customers will only have to provide 1 weeks notice to leave the container

• Rental agreement to be signed with proof of tenant ID (driving licence for example)

• All payments are to be paid by Standing Order

• Access 7 days a week under the following timings;  Mon – Sat 7am – 8pm

Sun & Bank Holidays 8am – 8pm

• Car access to and from the container allowing easy loading and unloading from container

• Farm setting up a private drive with locked gate

• Onsite Landlord / Manager for additional security
